What is microcement primer?
The primer is always the first step, the preparation before applying microcement or leveling mortar. It ensures good adhesion to the substrate. The universal synthetic resin primer is suitable for all substrates. For extremely absorbent substrates, we recommend applying the primer twice. The primer is applied with a foam roller.
Tip: when applying microcement over tiles, we recommend mixing a handful of silver sand through the primer for better adhesion!
Which package & usage?
The microcement primer is included in every package we sell. The drying time of the microcement primer is approx. 3 hours per layer. 100 grams of primer is used per m² of surface.
